The Marked

I've been busy working on character pin-ups for a board game Warcrow Adventures by Corvus Belli https://warcrow.com/

The creepy guy is one of the characters called The Marked

The marked are humans who have joined the cult of Yaldabaoth, a kind of demi-god who is an architect of flesh and generates monstrosities made of living flesh from other beings.

Their followers can magically implant limbs and aberrant transformations.

These marked ones are only the first rung of the ladder and are only allowed to wear disturbing piercings and
clothing.
